I have patched versions of the SRPM/RPM for SuSE 10. I'll send them to you
(but not to the list). You can also find the patches in the SVN version of
lxml. There will soon be a new release that will contain the generated etree.c
so that people will no longer need to install Pyrex to compile lxml.
