[kupu-dev] AttributeError on html_captioned

I managed to delete the transforms and have them be regenerated by kupu 
after a save on the kupu tool.

However, I still get that error when I try to view the folder that has a 
collection as it's default view.

I've tested the other views on folders, and it really only seems to 
break on the collection views.
