I wonder if it makes sense to stash some hardcoded variables to force
browser/proxy cache of blankpage.pt?
By default each kupu field will load blankpage; one of our projects has 5 or
more kupu fields on the edit page.
So we needed to force browser cache..

I can see the argument of not forcing this to cache.

It's certainly a small optimization that does make impact.
