[kupu-dev] kupu lists and validation

Hi!

We are using kupu 1-4-11 with plone 3.1.5.1.

If one starts a list with e.g. the "Bulleted List" tool and then moves
that to the right with "Increase Quote Level" this results in invalid
code:

<ul><li>Main Point</li>
<ul><li>Sub-point<br /></li></ul>
</ul>

Is possible to fix that?

(As we have a large user base "don't do that, then" unfortunately
won't help.)
