[kupu-dev] UnicodeDecodeError with umlauts in image title

Then I think this is unrelated, I made this fix in r56399. I only saw  
the error
when having non-ascii characters in title/description or when having a
customized kupu_captioned_image.pt

You need to dig deeper  :)
