[kupu-dev] deleting tables - small proposal

The delete/backspace keys are not very useful for deleting tables. The 
TableTool has a delTable() function, but it is only used in the context 
menu. If the context menu is disabled, there is no easy way to delete 
tables.

I propose to add 'remove' buttons in the table drawer and box, just to 
the right of the 'fix' buttons.

Risks: AFAICS this requires to change the TableToolBox API in a non 
backwards compatible way. Is that a problem? Is the trunk currently 
frozen for changes like that?
