[kupu-dev] Resolving UIDs to absolute URLs for anonymous users

Hi :)
In extension to the dialog below, could somebody (eg. Duncan) briefly
explain how to resolve UID to absolute URls for anonymous user
I have tried with http://plone.org/products/plone-resolveuid, but it
resolves UIDs to relative URLs which won't work for images in a newsletter
