Only 1.4 beta. I'm hoping to get to 1.4 final during January.

I didn't like the original patch because it didn't allow for removing the 
style once you had styled a paragraph in a table. That's why I modified the 
style list to have a 'remove style' option which can be used to remove 
spurious styles anywhere. I think that means it might be quite a bit of 
work to apply the same changes to 1.3.9.
