No worries, I guess it will also take little while until the next

I'll have a look at it. Additionally I thought, that maybe it is not 
necessary to read the default encoding from sys, but just leave the 
encoding None and let python itself decide what the default encoding is.
However, I'll try to figure out how to tests this. (I guess it is just a 
matter of adding a test which fails with the old behaviour and hopefully 
runs fine with a patched version :) )
