[Kss-devel] KSS blur action added

Hi all - recently I've been hacking on kss.core to add the blur action and 
event, and I think I'm finally done.

Here's the branch:

There's a test page (ca_blur.html - very similar to the focus one, of course) 
and Selenium tests. 

Let me know if it needs anything else to be merge-worthy.
