[Kss-devel] [Plone-docs] created howto for kss on plone 3

Sorry to be nitpicking, but I see you published your own document. Isn't
there a policy not to allow that?

There was a small error in the text: it said kss is by default enabled
for anonymous users only. I changed that to say it is enabled for
authenticated users only.
