[Kss-devel] Please stop using request.RESPONSE

I for one was glad to learn that 'response' was available in both z3
and z2, and I'm sure none of the kss folks would mind if someone were
to globally replace 'RESPONSE' with 'response' in the kss codebase,
since it's fully backwards compatible.
