[icalendar-dev] Serializing VALUE=DATE

Hi,

Apparently some users of icalendar have had trouble parsing its output
using vobject, see https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6667

The problem in a nutshell is that DATE values aren't being serialized
with a VALUE=DATE parameter.  I'll probably make vobject more tolerant
of such data, but I thought I'd let you know about the issue.
