[ftputil] [ANN] Repository migration to Mercurial

Hello there :-)
Presumably on the next Monday (2010-01-25) I'll convert the
ftputil repository from the centralized Subversion to the
distributed Mercurial [1].
I've been using Mercurial in different projects for over two
years now and like it a lot more than Subversion. Most of
all, I can commit when I'm offline on the road.
For you non-(yet-)developers of ftputil it's nice that you
can easily clone the whole repository and modify your copy
of ftputil, including commits.
