[ftputil] Mailing list vs. bug tracker

Can we set it up so that either bug activity is sent to the mailing list
or there is a separate mailing list for bug activity. I know I don't
check bugs regularly but I always check my email from the list. For me
it would make it easier to track what is happening and flag any bugs I
need to be aware of.
