[ftputil] Implementing PEP 343: The 'with' statement

Finally, my final path for `with` statement support.

Feel free to modify it (like putting some decent docstrings)..  :)


I decided to put all those tests in a separate file, so users or
developers using
python < 2.5 won't suffer when running the unit tests.
