Thanks for sending your notice. :-) The locking seems to happen
from time to time. I don't know why, only that updating Trac
from the current Debian version lessened the frequency of
these lockups. Curiously, these locking problems seem to
vanish on their own sometimes (or by means of Trac?). Actually,
as I looked after the site, all I tested worked fine.

If you can post the exact error message I'd google to find
out if more is known since the last time I searched.
