[ftputil] Wiki and ticket system restricted to registered users (because of spam)

Hello,

due to much spam in the ftputil ticket system, I have - at least
for now - disabled the creation and modification of wiki pages
and tickets on the ftputil website at http://ftputil.sschwarzer.net .

That means that you must send me an email to get an ftputil
account in order to create/change wiki pages and tickets. I'm
very sorry for this inconvenience but there were about 20 new
spam entries when I returned from EuroPython today. :-/

If you don't want to get an account, you can still mail bug
reports or enhancement requests to me or preferably to the
mailing list.

I try to find out if and how much it's possible to protect trac
against spam entries. If feasible, I'll change the trac
installation accordingly. I'm also thankful for tips from you.
