[Cython] About GSoC 2009

I would like to mentor you for control flow analysis, but I don't have much
idea on how this works inside cython.  Looking into control flow analysis
for quite sometime now, since I wanted to have a go at this project, but i
have still a lot to understand.  With a co-mentor I should be able to
collaborate in a much better way with you.  It would also get me started on
understanding cython better.  If someone wants to solely mentor you it is
fine with me.  Otherwise I am okay with being a mentor, with a co-mentor
alongside.
