Thanks for testing. However, we will need a retest when we have fixed the
discovered 64bit issues. You can get the latest cython-devel from here:

http://hg.cython.org/cython-devel

Either install hg and do a checkout of that URL, or use the direct archive
download links on the left of the web page.

The latest version from there shouldn't require any of the patches I
posted, but it does not yet have the 64bit fix.
