Which gcc are you using?
Do you have your changes anywhere so I can play with them?
Is set in any way now a reserved Cython word? Maybe it is as simple as
prefixing set with std::, but I would prefer to play with it. Pinging
Carlo Hamalainen (listed at the top of the file) might also be a good
idea :)
