[Cython] Patches in trac

I'm planning on setting up a workflow [1] for trac to better keep  
track of tickets that have/need tests/patches. In the meantime, I  
occasionally run into tickets that have patches that I was completely  
unaware of. I hate to let things bitrot, so I'm starting this thread  
to ask if anyone has patches that are sitting in trac (or the email  
archives) that need to be looked at.
