[Cython] What happened to cython-devel repo?

In transplanting some patches from -unstable to -devel, I messed  
something up (basically, it was just really messy) and so I took it  
down for a sec to roll it back. Looks like you tried to pull in the  
couple of minutes it was down.

Please try again.
