I however have some questions (forgive me, but I had not used trac before):

- how do I subscribe to some mailing list to monitor tickets activity?
- or do I have to use rss feed only?
- how would I apply attached there patch - do I need to manually download
  it, or is there a better, automated way?
- how to register?
