I didn't know that you could pass those kinds of things at the Sage
Extension declaration. What I did was make a copy of the header and
hard-coded the definition. (OTClient.h ==> OTClient__LINUX.h
containing #define __LINUX) I'll have to try that right now, though
I'm not sure if it will make a difference.

Yeah, I was a bit weary of taking that route. The opentick libraries
look way too intricate to begin mucking around with that.
