I'm nearly done with my "Cython for NumPy users" tutorial:

I'll post it to numpy-discuss in some hours (and draw attention the new 
release as well) but if there's anything you'd like mentioned before 
people start reading please respond. (Of course, it's a wiki, so any 
improvements just go ahead and do it if you like.)
