[codespeak-ann] codespeak migration

Hi folks, 

Martin Pajak and me intend to migrate the codespeak.net host
to different hardware, probably tomorrow during the day. 
Downtime should be below 2 hours. Note that the IP address 
will change.  During today and tomorrow we will also change our 
Nameservers - if you encounter problems you may try to query me (hpk) 
or Martin (joe_mp_) at freenode. 

FYI: Codespeak is currently hosted as a XEN instance on 
a Hetzner Server (www.hetzner.de).   If you have
general questions you may contact the admin at codespeak.net 
mailing list.  If you want to help administering the
machine please contact me.
