[codespeak-ann] downtime 9th april 8am for about one hour

Hello,

due to a hardware defect, we have to move codespeak.net to another 
system, so there'll be a downtime from

     Monday, 9th April, from around 8am (GMT+1)

which will last an hour. Come to the #pypy or
#merlinux irc.freenode channels, if you need more
information and ask e.g. joe_mp.
