[codespeak-ann] downtime 4th april 1pm for some hours

Hi folks,

due to physical server moves of the codespeak 
provider, there'll be a downtime from 

    Wednesday, 4th April, from around 1pm (GMT+1)

which might last a few hours, also because there
will be IP-address changes.  Come to the #pypy or 
#merlinux irc.freenode channels if you need more
information and ask e.g. joe_mp.
