[codespeak-ann] codespeak instability/moving plans

Hi codespeak users, 

recently (and currently) the codespeak machine has some hardware
problems and we have plans to migrate to a new location and machine
in the near time future.  This will also make it easier for us to 
perform maintenance work on the weekend (the very kind company "Helios" 
provided us with a hosting facility but we can't physically
access that on weekends easily).  

This weekends situation: the webserving apache is not operational, 
which means serving http://codespeak.net does not work at the moment.

However, you can use subversion through the still working

    http://codespeak.net:8080/svn 
    
This is a different apache instance.  Also mailing lists and mails
apparently work.  

We might decide to do a remote reset on the machine but i'd
rather do that monday morning (there are some "hanging
processes").  

Please do NOT try to log into the machine and look around.  This will
likely make things worse. 

When moving codespeak services to a different
system I'll notify you again.
